General terms
Which of our products have been delivered will appear on the buyer’s invoice and contract/order confirmation or other agreement via social media.
We reserve all rights to expand or reduce our product and service range and to regulate the price of these.
The project is attempted to be carried out within the time agreed with the customer, unless illness occurs. This is dependent on the customer handing over feedback and other necessary material such as images, graphics, text and the like within a reasonable time after a request from us.
If the customer does not follow this, it will mean later delivery than mentioned in the contract and the website will not be completed after the agreed time.
We reserve the right to start work only when the contract or verbal agreement in social media has been clarified, and the full amount has been registered and paid.
Important, we are not responsible for any errors and omissions in text, images and content sent by the customer or third parties for the customer.
We have specialized in the world’s most widespread publishing solution, we use WordPress when we create websites for our customers.
We are not responsible for any damages or if your website has been hacked, financial loss or suffered by any of the parties involved as a result of the service/product offered or the use of the service/product, in this case the website, we cannot be responsible if you are hacked or others gain access to your website/password that is weak.
In cases where it is mutually agreed to end the agreement/project or work on the website, the customer must pay me for the time/work that has been carried out and begun, as well as any costs incurred due to the project.
Amounts paid to us will only be refunded in the event of double payment, double invoicing or clearly incorrect payment.
The customer undertakes to give us feedback and input in a reasonable time. The customer understands that failure to do so may be binding on us and the ability to carry out further work in accordance with the contract.
Offers free ordinary support goodwill/advice. What is included in ordinary support.
Support/updates and any necessary assistance beyond the ordinary will be notified before invoicing begins according to the current price for the website/work, this will then be agreed in advance with the customer.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
